Clear expectations, transparent policies, and personalized admissions guidance grounded in professional experience.
PreLawPath provides educational consulting, admissions strategy guidance, application review support, and related advisory services for law school applicants. Guidance is intended to help applicants better understand the admissions process and strengthen overall application presentation.
Law school admissions decisions are made independently by each institution and are influenced by numerous factors outside the control of PreLawPath. Admissions estimates, strategic recommendations, application evaluations, and admissions probability discussions are educational opinions only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of admission, scholarships, waitlist outcomes, or other results.
Payment is required prior to consulting sessions or application review services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Consulting packages, purchased hours, and services are non-transferable.
If a client is dissatisfied after their first paid meeting with PreLawPath, a full refund may be requested following the conclusion of the initial session. The refund request must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the first paid meeting.
Due to the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of admissions consulting work, no refunds are available after the first paid meeting has concluded.
Applicants remain solely responsible for all application content, final submissions, deadlines, school selections, and admissions decisions. PreLawPath does not submit applications on behalf of applicants unless explicitly stated otherwise.
PreLawPath provides guidance, strategy, editing feedback, brainstorming support, structural suggestions, and application review assistance only. Applicants remain the sole authors of their essays, written statements, resumes, addenda, and application materials.
PreLawPath does not write essays, personal statements, diversity statements, resumes, or other application materials on behalf of applicants. All submitted materials remain the responsibility and original work of the applicant.
PreLawPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, academic, professional, emotional, financial, or consequential damages arising from the use of consulting services, admissions guidance, website content, or admissions outcomes.
